The dynamics of Indonesia's microfinance ecosystem have transformed into a strategic instrument for community empowerment, particularly through the expansion of access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services. Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA), a microfinance institution (MFI) based on the Grameen model serving nearly one million female members across 13 provinces, plays a pivotal role in this socio-economic intervention. However, the sustainability of this business model faces significant multidimensional challenges. Three primary factors threaten organizational stability: (1) the threat of climate change and disproportionate access, (2) population growth and its subsequent pressure on basic infrastructure, and (3) demographic shifts and environmental health challenges. These conditions construct an urgent need for KOMIDA to redefine its strategy to maintain organizational relevance and resilience. This study aims to formulate an organizational development strategy by integrating marketing mix variables as primary inputs. The analysis is conducted using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method within the Benefits, Opportunities, Costs, and Risks (BOCR) framework to synthesize expert perspectives on complex strategic variables. The results are then formulated into the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to produce an organizational strategy that is more adaptive, competitive, and sustainable in fulfilling its mission of community empowerment and WASH service provision in Indonesia.
