      Pengaruh Perubahan Tutupan Lahan terhadap Hasil Air Tahunan di DAS Ciliwung Hulu

      Abstract
      Perubahan tutupan lahan di daerah tangkapan air memengaruhi keseimbangan hidrologi melalui perubahan kapasitas infiltrasi, evapotranspirasi, dan limpasan permukaan, sehingga berdampak pada hasil air tahunan suatu daerah aliran sungai (DAS). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi perubahan tutupan lahan pada tahun 2004, 2014, dan 2024, serta menganalisis hasil air tahunan di DAS Ciliwung Hulu menggunakan model InVEST Annual Water Yield. Tutupan lahan diklasifikasikan menggunakan citra Landsat 5 dan Landsat 8 dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine. Hasil klasifikasi tutupan lahan menunjukkan penurunan luas hutan dari 4.822,92 ha menjadi 4.082,49 ha dari total luas DAS dalam dua puluh tahun, sementara luas perkebunan meningkat lebih dari dua kali lipat. Hasil pemodelan InVEST menunjukkan berfluktuasi dari 2.935,75 mm pada 2004 menjadi 3.546,65 mm pada 2014, kemudian turun menjadi 3.280,58 mm pada 2024, sejalan dengan pola curah hujan tahunan. Kondisi ini menegaskan perlunya pengelolaan tutupan hutan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan fungsi hidrologi DAS Ciliwung Hulu.
       
      Land cover change in a catchment area affects hydrological balance through alterations in infiltration capacity, evapotranspiration, and surface runoff, thereby influencing a watershed's annual water yield. This study aims to identify land cover change in 2004, 2014, and 2024, and to analyze the annual water yield in the Upper Ciliwung Watershed using the InVEST Annual Water Yield model. Land cover was classified using Landsat 5 and Landsat 8 imagery with the Support Vector Machine algorithm. Classification results showed that forest area declined from 4,822.92 to 4,082.49 ha of the total watershed area over twenty years, while plantation area more than doubled. InVEST modeling results showed water yield fluctuating from 2,935.75 mm in 2004 to 3,546.65 mm in 2014, then decreasing to 3,280.58 mm in 2024, consistent with the annual rainfall pattern. This situation underscores the need for forest cover management to ensure the sustainability of the hydrological functions of the Upper Ciliwung Watershed.
