      KOMUNITAS PARASITOID YANG BERASOSIASI DENGAN HAMA PENGOROK DAUN KOPI PADA AGROEKOSISTEM KOPI ARABIKA DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG

      Abstract
      Kabupaten Bandung merupakan salah satu wilayah utama penghasil kopi Arabika di Jawa Barat. Namun, produktivitas dan kualitas kopi berpotensi terancam oleh serangan hama pengorok daun kopi (Leucoptera coffeella). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keanekaragaman parasitoid yang berasosiasi dengan hama pengorok daun kopi pada agroekosistem kopi yang berbeda serta menentukan identitasnya berdasarkan analisis morfologi dan molekuler. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada pertanaman kopi Arabika di Gunung Manglayang dan Gunung Puntang dengan mengumpulkan daun yang terserang pengorok daun dan mengandung larva terparasit atau pupa parasitoid. Sampel yang dikumpulkan dipelihara hingga parasitoid dewasa muncul. Parasitoid diidentifikasi berdasarkan karakter morfologi dan selanjutnya dikonfirmasi melalui analisis molekuler berdasarkan gen mitokondria cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) untuk memverifikasi identitas taksonominya serta mengidentifikasi spesies dominan yang berpotensi sebagai agen pengendali hayati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe agroekosistem memengaruhi kekayaan dan komposisi komunitas parasitoid yang berasosiasi dengan hama pengorok daun kopi. Komunitas parasitoid didominasi oleh famili Eulophidae, meskipun komposisi morfospesies berbeda antara kedua lokasi penelitian. Agroekosistem Gunung Puntang menunjukkan keanekaragaman parasitoid yang lebih tinggi dan struktur komunitas yang lebih kompleks dibandingkan dengan Gunung Manglayang. Perbedaan tersebut kemungkinan berkaitan dengan variasi tutupan kanopi, intensitas cahaya, kelembapan mikroklimat, dan kompleksitas vegetasi.
       
      Bandung Regency was one of the major Arabica coffee-producing areas in West Java. However, coffee productivity and quality were potentially threatened by infestations of the coffee leaf miner (Leucoptera coffeella). This study aimed to investigate the diversity of parasitoids associated with the coffee leaf miner in different coffee agroecosystems and to determine their identities based on morphological and molecular analyses. Sampling was conducted in Arabica coffee plantations at Mount Manglayang and Mount Puntang by collecting mined leaves containing parasitized larvae or parasitoid pupae. The collected samples were reared until adult parasitoids emerged. Parasitoids were identified using morphological characters and subsequently confirmed through molecular analysis based on the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene to verify their taxonomic identity and identify dominant species with potential as biological control agents. The results showed that agroecosystem type influenced the richness and community composition of parasitoids associated with the coffee leaf miner. The parasitoid assemblage was dominated by the family Eulophidae, although morphospecies composition differed between the two study sites. The Mount Puntang agroecosystem exhibited greater parasitoid diversity and a more complex community structure than Mount Manglayang. These differences were likely associated with variations in canopy cover, light intensity, microclimatic humidity, and vegetation complexity.
