dc.description.abstractFilm tipis Barium Stronsium Titanat (Ba0,875Sr0,125TiO3) didadah Fe dengan variasi konsentrasi (0%; 0,5%; 1%; dan 1,5%) telah berhasil dibuat di atas substrat silikon tipe-p (100) menggunakan metode Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD). Film dideposisikan sebanyak tiga lapis menggunakan teknik spin coating (3000 rpm, selama 30 detik) dengan konsentrasi 0,5 M. Proses annealing ditahan pada suhu 550 °C selama 8 jam dengan kenaikan suhu 1,67 ?/menit. Uji sifat optik menggunakan UV-Vis menghasilkan nilai energi band gap pada setiap konsentrasi yaitu sebesar 3,37 eV; 2,86 eV; 2,76 eV; dan 1,57 eV. Uji sifat kristal menggunakan XRD menghasilkan nilai parameter kisi, momen dipol listrik, dan polarisasi spontan. Uji sifat listrik menggunakan digital multimeter menghasilkan nilai arus saturasi dan tegangan penghalang yaitu pada rentang (3,85×10-7 – 1,16×10-6) dan (7,83×10-1 – 6,93×10-1). Selain itu, dengan bantuan mikrokontroler Wemos D1 mini dan modul ADS1115 film tipis BST ini berhasil diaplikasikan menjadi sensor cahaya.
dc.description.abstractBarium Stronsium Titanate (Ba0.875Sr0.125TiO3) thin films doped with Fe concentrations (0%; 0.5%; 1%; and 1.5%) have been successfully fabricated on ptype silicon (100) substrates using the Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) method. The films were deposited in three layers using a spin coating technique (3000 rpm, for 30 seconds) with a concentration of 0.5 M. The annealing process was held at 550 ? for 8 hours with a temperature increase of 1.67 ?/minute. Optical properties tests using UV-Vis produced band gap energy values at each concentration of 3.37 eV; 2.86 eV; 2.76 eV; and 1.57 eV. Crystalline properties tests using XRD produced lattice parameter values, electric dipole moments, and spontaneous polarization. Electrical properties test using a digital multimeter produced saturation current and barrier voltage values in the range (3.85×10-7 – 1.16×10-6) and (7.83×10-1 – 6.93×10-1). In addition, with the help of the Wemos D1 mini microcontroller and the ADS1115 module, the BST was successfully applied as a light sensor.
