      Abstract
      Sistem informasi adalah sistem yang terdiri dari manusia dan komputer yang memproses atau menafsirkan informasi. Untuk mengetahui kebutuhan suatu sistem informasi, diperlukan analisis mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi tersebut. Desain sebuah aplikasi juga perlu dibuat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan desain sebagai fase awal dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile untuk perangkat Smart Halter. Smart Halter merupakan alat monitoring kesehatan kuda dengan memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dan Internet of Things. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan desain, diperoleh satu use case diagram, satu class diagram, dan beberapa mock-up awal untuk aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile dari Smart Halter.
       
      An information system is a system which consists of humans and computers that process or interpret information. To determine the needs of an information system, an analysis of the needs of that information system is required. The design of an application also needs to be made according to user needs. This research aims to analyze and design as an early phase of developing a web and mobile app for Smart Halter devices. Smart Halter is a horse health monitoring device that uses artificial intelligence and Internet of Things. Based on the results of the analysis and design, one use case diagram, one class diagram, and a few early mock-ups for web and mobile apps are made.
