      Hubungan Durasi Screen Time Konten Makanan dan Kebiasaan Snacking dengan Asupan Zat Gizi di SMK Yasbam Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Screen time konten makanan yang disertai dengan kebiasaan snacking berpengaruh terhadap asupan zat gizi harian remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan durasi screen time konten makanan dan kebiasaan snacking dengan asupan zat gizi di SMK Yasbam Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional study dengan sampel siswa dan siswi SMK Yasbam Kota Bogor yang berjumlah 87 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan ayah dengan asupan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat (p<0,05), terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada durasi screen time konten makanan, asupan energi, protein, dan karbohidrat berdasarkan jenis kelamin (p<0,05), tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi screen time konten makanan dengan kebiasaan snacking (p>0,05), serta tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan snacking dengan asupan zat gizi (p>0,05).
       
      Screen time spent viewing food-related content, combined with snacking habits, affects adolescents’ daily nutrient intake. This study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of screen time spent viewing food-related content and snacking habits and nutrient intake at Yasbam Vocational High School in Bogor City. This study employed a cross-sectional design with a sample of 87 male and female students from SMK Yasbam in Bogor City, totaling 87 students. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling. There was a significant relationship between the father’s education level and energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrate intake (p<0.05), there were significant differences in the duration of screen time spent on food-related content, energy intake, protein intake, and carbohydrate intake based on gender (p<0.05), there was no significant relationship between the duration of screen time spent on food-related content and snacking habits (p > 0.05), and there was no significant association between snacking habits and nutrient intake (p > 0.05).
