Stock price movements are dynamic, nonlinear, and uncertain, requiring prediction models that capture temporal patterns and market stochasticity. Econophysics views stock prices as stochastic market dynamics influenced by price tendencies and random disturbances. Therefore, Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM) is used to represent drift, volatility, and price fluctuations. This study develops prediction models based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) with GBM-based stochastic features. The data consist of daily Microsoft and Google stock prices from 2015 to 2025. The stochastic feature, expressed as a Stochastic Differential Equation (SDE) component, is generated through discrete GBM simulation, with drift and volatility estimated using a 30-day rolling window. The baseline model uses the closing price, whereas the hybrid model uses both the closing price and SDE feature. The results show that GBM/SDE integration improves prediction accuracy compared with the baseline. For Microsoft, the best model is LSTM-GBM, with RMSE of 6.73, MAPE of 1.18 %, and R² of 0.9798. For Google, the best model is GRU-GBM, with RMSE of 3.58, MAPE of 1.47 %, and R² of 0.9855. These findings indicate that integrating econophysics and deep learning provides an adaptive approach for modeling stock price dynamics.
