dc.description.abstractPenerapan Flexible Working Arrangements (FWA) di Head Office PT Amerta Indah Otsuka memerlukan pengelolaan workspace yang efektif. Namun, pencarian meja kerja masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga informasi ketersediaan meja belum tersedia secara real-time dan memicu fixed desk behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji Workspace+, yaitu sistem reservasi meja kerja berbasis web. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi tahapan requirements planning, user design, construction, dan cutover. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Workspace+ menyediakan fitur Shuffle Table, informasi ketersediaan meja secara real-time, monitoring workspace, check-in, check-out, serta pengelolaan workspace. Hasil Black Box Testing pada 47 skenario pengujian yang mencakup 15 fungsi utama menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memperoleh nilai 94,52% dengan kategori Sangat Baik, yang menunjukkan bahwa Workspace+ memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional dan diterima dengan sangat baik oleh pengguna.
dc.description.abstractThe implementation of Flexible Working Arrangements (FWA) at the Head Office of PT Amerta Indah Otsuka requires effective workspace management. However, employees still search for desks manually, preventing real-time desk availability information and contributing to fixed desk behavior. This study aims to develop and test Workspace+, a web-based desk reservation system. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, consisting of requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover. Data were collected through document analysis, interviews, and literature review. Workspace+ provides Shuffle Table, real-time desk availability, workspace monitoring, check-in, check-out, and workspace management. Black Box Testing on 47 test scenarios covering 15 main system functions showed that all functions operated successfully. In addition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieved a score of 94.52% (Very Good), indicating that Workspace+ fulfilled the functional requirements and was very well accepted by users.
