dc.description.abstractProses pencatatan kunjungan dealer di PT XYZ sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pengelolaan data dan pemantauan aktivitas kunjungan belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi pencatatan kunjungan dealer berbasis Android menggunakan metode Prototyping. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan Flutter sebagai frontend, .NET Web API sebagai backend, dan SQL Server sebagai basis data melalui dua iterasi pengembangan. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi dengan fitur login, dashboard kunjungan, plan visit, direct visit, history, dan data master. Pada iterasi kedua, ditambahkan dashboard yang menyajikan ringkasan jumlah plan visit, direct visit, dan keseluruhan kunjungan berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Selain itu, fitur history disempurnakan dengan search bar dan date range picker untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan serta menelusuri data kunjungan. Hasil black-box testing menunjukkan seluruh skenario pengujian berhasil dijalankan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat membantu proses pencatatan, pengelolaan, dan monitoring aktivitas kunjungan dealer secara lebih terstruktur.
dc.description.abstractThe dealer visit recording process at PT XYZ was previously conducted manually, which made data management and visit monitoring less efficient. This study aims to develop an Android-based application for recording dealer visits using the Prototyping method. The application was developed through two iterations, using Flutter as the frontend, .NET Web API as the backend, and SQL Server as the database. The resulting application provides login, visit dashboard, plan visit, direct visit, history, and master data features. In the second iteration, a dashboard was added to display summaries of plan visits, direct visits, and overall visits based on user feedback. The history feature was also improved by adding a search bar and date range picker to make it easier for users to find and review visit records. Black-box testing showed that all test scenarios were successfully executed in accordance with the defined functional requirements. The developed application supports more structured recording, management, and monitoring of dealer visit activities.
