      Abstract
      Ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah permintaan dengan jumlah yang diproduksi membuat banyak sekali sisa produksi terhadap sebuah produk. Ketidakseimbangan tersebut bisa diatasi dengan mencari jumlah produksi optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah permintaan dengan jumlah produksi pada produk top plug. Data yang digunakan sebanyak dua belas bulan dengan dua variabel input dan satu variabel output. Kemudian digunakanlah aplikasi MATLAB untuk menghitung kedua belas bulan data dengan metode fuzzy. sembilan aturan dibuat menggunakan operator IF THEN dan operasi AND MIN yang akan digunakan dalam rumus perhitungan defuzzyfikasi. Hasil optimal yang didapatkan melalui perhitungan tersebut sebesar 74.970.
       
      The imbalance between demand and production volume results in a significant amount of excess inventory for a product. This imbalance can be addressed by determining the optimal production volume. This study aims to address the imbalance between demand and production volume for top plugs. The data used spans twelve months and includes two input variables and one output variable. MATLAB was then used to process the twelve months of data using the Sugeno fuzzy. Nine rules were created using IF-THEN operators and AND and MIN operations were used in the defuzzification calculation formula. The optimal result obtained through this calculation was 74.970.
