Pengembangan Modul Checksheet Autonomous Maintenance pada Aplikasi Berbasis Web Optimus di PT XYZ

Sistem AUTONMS di PT XYZ belum mampu memfilter pembuatan aktivitas CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) secara otomatis berdasarkan jadwal periodik, sehingga membebani produktivitas admin. Penelitian ini mengembangkan modul checksheet AM dan dashboard AM pada aplikasi web Optimus menggunakan metode Scrum dengan teknologi Angular, Express.js, Node.js, dan MySQL. Data dikumpulkan melalui triangulasi (studi literatur, observasi, wawancara) serta pengujian fungsional. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan logika filter pada stored procedure berhasil mengotomatisasi pembuatan checksheet mingguan dan mengeliminasi kurasi manual secara total. Dashboard AM memvisualisasikan pencapaian CILT secara real-time per lini, minggu, dan seksi. Pengujian Black-Box dengan 45 skenario uji mencatatkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Sistem yang dikembangkan telah berhasil diimplementasikan dan digunakan sebagai solusi dalam digitalisasi manajemen Autonomous Maintenance di PT XYZ. The AUTONMS system at PT XYZ is unable to automatically filter the creation of CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) activities based on periodic schedules, putting a burden on administrative productivity. This research develops the checksheet AM and dashboard AM modules on the Optimus web application using the Scrum method with Angular, Express.js, Node.js, and MySQL technologies. Data was collected through triangulation (literature review, observation, and interviews) alongside functional testing. The results show that the filter logic in the stored procedure successfully automates weekly checksheet creation and completely eliminates manual curation. The dashboard AM visualizes CILT achievements in real time by line, week, and section. Black-Box testing across 45 test scenarios recorded a 100% success rate. The developed system has been successfully implemented and used as a solution for digitalizing Autonomous Maintenance management at PT XYZ.
