| dc.description.abstract | Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang membutuhkan cairan
konsentrat dengan mutu terkontrol karena berperan dalam menjaga keseimbangan
elektrolit selama proses dialisis. Cairan konsentrat hemodialisis harus memiliki
karakteristik fisikokimia yang sesuai serta kadar elektrolit utama yang memenuhi
spesifikasi agar aman dan layak digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
mengembangkan cairan konsentrat hemodialisis skala laboratorium berdasarkan
formulasi acuan. Evaluasi mutu meliputi warna, kejernihan, homogenitas, endapan,
pH, turbiditas, serta kadar elektrolit utama Na?, K?, Ca²?, dan Mg²? menggunakan
Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom. Hasil menunjukkan produk tidak berwarna, jernih,
homogen, dan tidak terdapat endapan. Nilai pH sebesar 2,28, turbiditas 1,0914 NTU,
serta kadar Na? 108,8 mmol/L, K? 2,17 mmol/L, Ca²? 1,93 mmol/L, dan Mg²? 1,03
mmol/L. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, cairan konsentrat hemodialisis skala
laboratorium yang dikembangkan menggunakan formulasi acuan menunjukkan
mutu fisikokimia dan kadar elektrolit utama yang sesuai dengan standar acuan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Hemodialysis is a renal replacement therapy that requires a concentrate
solution with controlled quality. Hemodialysis concentrate solution must have
appropriate physicochemical characteristics and major electrolyte levels. This study
aimed to develop a laboratory-scale hemodialysis concentrate solution based on a
reference formulation. Quality evaluation included color, clarity, homogeneity,
precipitate formation, pH, turbidity, and the levels of major electrolytes, namely
Na?, K?, Ca²?, and Mg²?, using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. The results
showed that the product was colorless, clear, homogeneous, and free from
precipitate. The pH value was 2.28, turbidity was 1.0914 NTU, and the electrolyte
levels were Na? 108.8 mmol/L, K? 2.17 mmol/L, Ca²? 2.02 mmol/L, and Mg²? 1.03
mmol/L. Based on the evaluation results, the laboratory-scale hemodialysis
concentrate developed using the reference formulation demonstrated
physicochemical quality and main electrolyte levels that complied with the
reference standards. | |
