dc.description.abstractProses perencanaan dan monitoring kunjungan sales di PT Mitra Indo Maju masih dilakukan secara konvensional, mengharuskan sales hadir fisik di kantor dan menunggu persetujuan manual, sehingga menyulitkan supervisor memverifikasi kesesuaian kunjungan dengan rencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan fitur Journey Plan pada aplikasi Tap Sales untuk mendigitalisasi penyusunan dan persetujuan rencana kunjungan, serta merancang verifikasi kehadiran sales berbasis lokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Agile Scrum melalui empat sprint, mencakup product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Fitur dibangun menggunakan React Native dan Laravel, dengan verifikasi kehadiran melalui GPS, fitur bulk approval bagi supervisor, dan ekspor data ke Excel. Internal Testing dengan Black-Box Testing dan Use Case Testing terhadap 7 modul yang terdiri dari 53 skenario pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sementara User Acceptance Test terhadap 11 responden (8 sales, 3 supervisor) memperoleh tingkat penerimaan 87,5% dengan kategori Sangat Baik, sehingga fitur Journey Plan layak digunakan untuk mendukung aktivitas operasional sales dan supervisor di PT Mitra Indo Maju.
dc.description.abstractSales visit planning and monitoring at PT Mitra Indo Maju is still conducted conventionally, requiring sales staff to be physically present at the office and wait for manual approval, making it hard for supervisors to verify visits match the plan. This study develops the Journey Plan feature on the Tap Sales application to digitalize visit-plan preparation and approval, and to design location-based attendance verification. The method used is Agile Scrum through four sprints, covering product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The feature is built using React Native and Laravel, with attendance verified via GPS, a bulk approval feature for supervisors, and Excel data export. Internal Testing using Black-Box Testing and Use Case Testing on 7 modules consisting of 53 test scenarios showed a 100% success rate, while User Acceptance Test of 11 respondents (8 sales, 3 supervisors) achieved 87.5% acceptance, categorized as Very Good, showing the Journey Plan feature is feasible for supporting sales and supervisor operations at PT Mitra Indo Maju.
