      Abstract
      Pengembangan budidaya ikan lele pada lahan terbatas menjadi upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam budidaya ikan lele serta mendorong kemandirian usaha. Kegiatan menggunakan kolam terpal dan tong budidaya dengan metode social mapping, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan, monitoring kualitas air, pengukuran pertumbuhan, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan nilai peserta dari 65,1 menjadi 89,5. Budidaya ikan lele menghasilkan penerimaan Rp1.975.000, keuntungan Rp399.598 per siklus, dan R/C Ratio 1,25 yang menunjukkan usaha layak dikembangkan. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat serta menunjukkan bahwa budidaya ikan lele pada lahan terbatas dapat diterapkan secara mandiri sebagai usaha mikro.
       
      The development of catfish farming on limited land is an effort to empower communities by improving food security and household income. This activity aimed to improve community knowledge and skills in catfish farming and encourage independent small-scale business development. The activity used tarpaulin ponds and culture tanks through social mapping, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), training, water quality monitoring, growth measurement, and pre-test and post-test evaluation. The results showed an increase in participants’ scores from 65.1 to 89.5. Catfish farming generated revenue of IDR 1,975,000, a profit of IDR 399,598 per cycle, and an R/C Ratio of 1.25, indicating that the business is feasible for small-scale development. The activity improved community knowledge and skills and demonstrated that catfish farming on limited land can be independently implemented as a micro-scale business.
