Abstract
Kawasan PT Pertamina (Persero) Simprug merupakan area komposit mixed-use yang mengalami kendala effluent melampaui baku mutu, kegagalan hidrolis, dan operasional pada IPAL existing. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja IPAL existing, memproyeksikan debit, serta merumuskan DED IPAL agar memenuhi Peraturan Menteri LHK No. 11 Tahun 2025. Metode penelitian mencakup observasi lapangan, evaluasi, dan perencanaan DED berkapasitas 418,7 m³/hari. Hasil DED dengan estimasi biaya Rp399.790.720,00 mencakup perencanaan teknologi screening, klorinasi, grease trap, serta pengolahan anaerob-aerob bermedia sarang tawon untuk parameter yang melebihi baku mutu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rancangan mampu mengatasi overflow, mengoptimalkan penyisihan polutan, dan menjamin operasional IPAL yang berkelanjutan sebagai cetak biru infrastruktur sanitasi di PT Pertamina Kawasan Simprug. The PT Pertamina (Persero) Simprug complex is a private mixed-use area experiencing effluent quality exceedances, hydraulic failures, and operational problems at the existing WWTP. This research aims to evaluate the existing WWTP and project wastewater discharge, and to formulate a DED that meets the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 11 of 2025. The research method involved field observation, evaluation, and DED planning with a capacity of 418.7 m³/day. The DED results, with an estimated cost of Rp399,790,720.00, include screening, chlorination, grease traps, and honeycomb anaerobic-aerobic biological treatment for parameters exceeding standards. This study concludes that the design addresses overflow issues, optimizes pollutant removal efficiency, and ensures sustainable WWTP operations, serving as a sanitation infrastructure blueprint for the PT Pertamina Simprug Complex.
