| dc.description.abstract | Transformasi digital pada proses sertifikasi SASPRI-K diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan sertifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Flutter yang mendukung proses self-review dan peer-review melalui integrasi dengan sistem backend menggunakan REST API. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Agile dengan framework Scrum yang terdiri atas tahapan product backlog, sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Pengembangan dilakukan dalam empat sprint yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi fitur sesuai peran pengguna, serta pengujian aplikasi. Implementasi menghasilkan aplikasi yang mendukung autentikasi, pengajuan sertifikasi, pengelolaan informasi kawasan, sertifikat, riwayat aktivitas, notifikasi, serta fitur administrasi sesuai kebutuhan sistem. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-box Testing terhadap 71 test case yang mewakili seluruh fungsi utama aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh test case berhasil dijalankan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sehingga seluruh fungsi yang diuji telah berjalan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flutter dan REST API mampu diimplementasikan untuk membangun aplikasi mobile yang mendukung digitalisasi proses sertifikasi SASPRI-K secara efektif, fleksibel, dan terintegrasi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Digital transformation of the SASPRI-K certification process is required to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of certification management. This study aims to develop a Flutter-based mobile application that supports the self-review and peer-review processes through integration with a backend system using a REST API. The development employed the Agile methodology with the Scrum framework, consisting of product backlog, sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The development was carried out in four sprints, covering requirements analysis, system design, feature implementation based on user roles, and application testing. The resulting mobile application provides features for user authentication, certification submission, regional management, certification records, activity history, notifications, and administrative functions according to the system requirements. Functional testing was conducted using the Black-box Testing method on 71 test cases representing all major application functionalities. The testing results showed that all test cases passed successfully, achieving a 100% success rate, indicating that all tested functionalities met the specified functional requirements. The results demonstrate that Flutter and REST APIs can be effectively implemented to develop an integrated and flexible mobile application that supports the digitalization of the SASPRI-K certification process. | |
