dc.description.abstractLayanan administrasi RT/RW masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan proses pelayanan kurang efisien dan data tidak terdokumentasi secara terpusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan RT/RW Hub sebagai aplikasi web untuk mendukung digitalisasi layanan administrasi RT/RW. Pengembangan menggunakan Prototyping Model yang terdiri atas communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, serta deployment, delivery, and feedback. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Next.js 16 dan PostgreSQL melalui Supabase serta diintegrasikan dengan Mayar API untuk pembayaran iuran. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi utama aplikasi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan aplikasi dapat diterima oleh tujuh responden yang terdiri atas lima warga dan dua pengurus RT. RT/RW Hub dapat menjadi alternatif media digital untuk mendukung layanan administrasi RT/RW secara lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi.
dc.description.abstractNeighborhood administrative services are still largely managed manually, resulting in inefficient processes and decentralized data management. This study aims to develop RT/RW Hub as a web-based application to support the digitalization of neighborhood administrative services. The application was developed using the Prototyping Model, consisting of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, and deployment, delivery, and feedback. The system was developed using Next.js 16 and PostgreSQL through Supabase, with Mayar API integration for online fee payments. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results showed that the main functions operated as expected and the application was accepted by seven respondents consisting of five residents and two RT administrators. RT/RW Hub can serve as a digital alternative for supporting more structured and documented neighborhood administrative services.
