dc.description.abstractAplikasi E-book Troubleshooting merupakan aplikasi berbasis React Native yang dikembangkan untuk menyediakan panduan penyelesaian masalah sistem dan perangkat bagi karyawan PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. Untuk memastikan kualitas fungsionalitas aplikasi, diperlukan proses pengujian yang terstruktur dan andal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan pengujian otomatis menggunakan Katalon Studio dengan metode Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) dan pendekatan Black Box Testing. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 67 test case yang mencakup 11 modul utama aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh test case berhasil dieksekusi dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%. Selain itu, pengukuran waktu pada tiga kali iterasi menunjukkan hasil yang konsisten, sehingga pengujian otomatis dapat dijalankan secara berulang dengan hasil yang stabil. Penerapan Katalon Studio dalam kerangka STLC mampu mendukung proses verifikasi fungsionalitas aplikasi secara sistematis, terdokumentasi, dan efektif.
dc.description.abstractThe E-book Troubleshooting application is a React Native-based mobile application developed to provide troubleshooting guides for system and device issues encountered by employees of PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. To ensure the application's functional quality, a structured and reliable testing process is required. This study aims to implement automated testing using Katalon Studio based on the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) method and the Black Box Testing approach. A total of 67 test cases covering 11 main application modules were executed. The results show that all test cases were successfully executed, achieving a 100% success rate. In addition, execution time measured over three testing iterations demonstrated consistent performance, indicating that the automated tests can be executed repeatedly with stable results. The implementation of Katalon Studio within the STLC framework supports a systematic, well-documented, and effective verification of the application's functionality.
