dc.description.abstractProduktivitas kelapa sawit dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lahan dan pengelolaan kebun yang dapat menyebabkan terbentuknya areal substandar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan memetakan areal substandar, menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas, serta menyusun strategi peningkatan produktivitas menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Selabak Estate, PT Swadaya Andika, Kalimantan Selatan pada Februari–Mei 2026. Analisis spasial dilakukan menggunakan ArcGIS berdasarkan enam parameter, sedangkan hubungan parameter terhadap produktivitas dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda. Strategi peningkatan produktivitas ditentukan dengan analisis McNamara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Field D006, D008, D010, dan F011 merupakan areal substandar, sedangkan 24 dari 56 field tergolong kurang optimal berdasarkan indeks areal substandar. Model regresi menjelaskan 84,4% variasi produktivitas, dengan varietas sebagai faktor dominan dan umur tanaman sebagai prediktor terkuat. Integrasi GIS dan analisis statistik efektif mendukung identifikasi areal substandar serta penyusunan strategi peningkatan produktivitas kelapa sawit.
dc.description.abstractOil palm productivity is influenced by land characteristics and plantation management, resulting in substandard plantation areas. This study aimed to identify and map substandard areas, analyze the factors affecting productivity, and develop productivity improvement strategies using a Geographic Information System. The research was conducted at Selabak Estate, PT Swadaya Andika, South Kalimantan, from February to May 2026. Spatial analysis was performed using ArcGIS based on six parameters, while Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze their relationship with productivity. Improvement strategies were determined using the McNamara analysis. The results identified Fields D006, D008, D010, and F011 as substandard areas, while 24 of 56 fields were classified as less optimal by substandard areal index. The regression model explained 84.4% of productivity variation, with variety as the dominant factor and plant age as the strongest predictor. The integration of GIS and statistical analysis effectively supported the identification of substandard areas and the formulation of productivity improvement strategies.
