      Abstract
PUTRI NURUL HIDAYAH.

PUTRI NURUL HIDAYAH. Analysis of the Effect of Differences in Stock Water Replacement Using Fine bubble Technology on the Growth Performance of Golden Ornamental Fish (Puntius denisonii) in an Intensive Aquaculture System. Supervised by WIDYA HASIAN SITUMEANG and HENRY KASMANHADI SAPUTRA. The increasing market demand for Golden ornamental fish (Puntius denisonii) requires the application of aquaculture technologies capable of maintaining water quality and improving production efficiency. This study aims to analyze the effect of different water replacement rates using fine-bubble technology on water quality parameters and fish growth performance. The study was conducted over 30 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 (three) treatments: 80% water exchange (K1) and 100% water exchange (K2) using fine-bubble technology, as well as a control group with 60% water exchange without fine-bubble technology, each with 3 (three) replicates. The results showed that 100% water exchange (K2) produced the best water quality based on dissolved oxygen (DO) levels and alkalinity, while 80% water exchange (K1) yielded the highest survival rate of 62.67%, making it the most optimal treatment for fish production. Statistically, the differences in water-change treatments did not have a significant effect on growth parameters. The application of fine-bubble technology in the 80% water-change treatment (K1) has the potential to become a more sustainable aquaculture alternative. Keywords: fine bubble, fish growth, water changes, water quality
