      Pengembangan Modul Visualisasi Data Berbasis Chart.js dan Metabase pada Sistem Executive Dashboard IKN

      Abstract
      PLN Icon Plus membutuhkan sistem visualisasi data terpusat untuk mendukung pemantauan infrastruktur dan energi di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul visualisasi data berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile Scrum. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC) serta mengintegrasikan dashboard publik berbasis Chart.js dan dashboard internal berbasis Metabase melalui embedded iframe. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black-box Testing dengan teknik Scenario-based Testing dan Heuristic Evaluation. Hasil pengujian Black-box Testing terhadap 42 skenario menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%, sedangkan hasil Heuristic Evaluation menunjukkan nilai severity rating rata-rata sebesar 0,80 pada dashboard publik dan 0,60 pada dashboard internal, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional dengan tingkat permasalahan usability yang rendah.
       
      PLN Icon Plus requires a centralized data visualization system to support infrastructure and energy monitoring in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). This study aimed to develop a web-based data visualization module using the Agile Scrum method. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and integrated a Chart.js-based public dashboard with a Metabase-based internal dashboard through an embedded iframe. System evaluation was conducted using Black-box Testing with the Scenario-based Testing technique and Heuristic Evaluation. The Black-box Testing results showed a 100% success rate across 42 test scenarios, while the Heuristic Evaluation results yielded average severity ratings of 0.80 for the public dashboard and 0.60 for the internal dashboard, indicating that the system fulfilled functional requirements and exhibited a low level of usability issues.
