Produksi Pembuatan Kaleidoskop Digital Berbasis Flipbook Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2025

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pemerintah memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi publik yang efektif, menarik, dan mudah diakses. Informasi mengenai kegiatan, program, dan capaian Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi masih tersebar dalam berbagai berita sehingga diperlukan media yang dapat merangkumnya secara sistematis dalam satu publikasi. Proyek ini bertujuan mengelola proses produksi Kaleidoskop Digital Berbasis Flipbook Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2025 menggunakan fungsi manajemen Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC). Proyek dilaksanakan di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Kabupaten Sukabumi pada Februari hingga Mei 2026. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, keterlibatan dalam proses produksi, diskusi dengan pembimbing lapangan, dan studi pustaka. Proses produksi meliputi perencanaan konsep, pengumpulan dan kurasi berita, penyuntingan naskah, penyusunan layout dan desain menggunakan Canva, revisi, finalisasi, konversi ke format flipbook, hingga publikasi. Hasil proyek menunjukkan bahwa penerapan POAC mampu mendukung proses produksi secara terstruktur melalui pengelolaan sumber daya, koordinasi, pelaksanaan produksi, serta pemeriksaan dan evaluasi isi, desain, dokumentasi, dan hasil flipbook. Produk akhir menjadi media dokumentasi dan publikasi digital yang sistematis, menarik, dan mudah diakses.

The development of information technology encourages government institutions to utilize digital media as an effective, engaging, and accessible means of delivering public information. Information on the activities, programs, and achievements of the Sukabumi Regency Government was still dispersed across various news publications, creating a need for a medium that could systematically compile the information into a single publication. This project aimed to manage the production process of the 2025 Sukabumi Regency Government Flipbook-Based Digital Kaleidoscope using the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) management functions. The project was conducted at the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Cryptography of Sukabumi Regency from February to May 2026. Data were collected through direct observation, involvement in the production process, discussions with the field supervisor, and literature review. The production process included concept planning, news collection and curation, manuscript editing, layout and visual design using Canva, revision, finalization, conversion into flipbook format, and publication. The results showed that the implementation of POAC supported a structured production process through resource management, coordination, production activities, and evaluation of content, design, documentation, and the flipbook output. The final product serves as a systematic, engaging, and accessible digital documentation and publication medium.
