      Pengembangan Dashboard Analisis Data Produksi Penerbangan di PT. XYZ Menggunakan Metode Scrum

      Abstract
      Analisis data produksi penerbangan di PT. XYZ saat ini belum terotomatisasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga proses analisis tidak efisien dan rentan terhadap human error. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem dashboard analisis data produksi penerbangan berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja scrum, serta mengukur kemampuan sistem dalam mengatasi permasalahan efisiensi waktu dan akurasi data dibandingkan prosedur Excel. Sistem dibangun melalui tiga sprint menggunakan frontend React.js, backend Python Flask, dan basis data MySQL, yang masing-masing menghasilkan modul autentikasi, integrasi data dengan gatekeeper berlapis, dan visualisasi dashboard analitik dengan filtrasi dinamis. Pengujian fungsional terhadap 39 skenario uji menghasilkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Pengujian efisiensi waktu menunjukkan rata-rata efisiensi 99,86% dibandingkan prosedur Excel, dan pengujian akurasi kalkulasi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi 100% dengan hasil sama antara aplikasi, Microsoft Excel, dan MySQL. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berpotensi membantu mempercepat proses analisis data produksi penerbangan pada konteks penggunaan yang diuji.
       
      The analysis of flight production data at PT. XYZ is currently not automated using Microsoft Excel, making the analysis process inefficient and prone to human error. This study aims to design and build a web-based flight production data analysis dashboard system using the Scrum framework, as well as to evaluate the system’s ability to address issues of time efficiency and data accuracy compared to Excel-based procedures. The system was built over three sprints using React.js for the frontend, Python Flask for the backend, and a MySQL database, resulting in modules for authentication, data integration with a layered gatekeeper, and analytical dashboard visualization with dynamic filtering. Functional testing across 39 test scenarios yielded a 100% success rate. Time efficiency testing showed an average efficiency of 99.86% compared to Excel procedures, and calculation accuracy testing showed a 100% accuracy rate with identical results across the application, Microsoft Excel, and MySQL. These results indicate that the developed system has the potential to help accelerate the flight production data analysis process within the tested use case.
