dc.description.abstractPengelolaan absensi di PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya masih menghadapi kendala berupa kebijakan jam kerja yang belum terpusat, perubahan jadwal kerja pada periode tertentu yang dilakukan secara manual, serta data fingerprint yang belum terintegrasi dari berbagai cabang. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun system absensi multi-cabang berbasis web dengan fitur Dynamic Work Mode dan integrasi mesin fingerprint ZKTeco. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi Agile Scrum, framework Django, basis data PostgreSQL, dan library pyzk. Sistem juga menyediakan pengelolaan data jam kerja yang lebih terstruktur sehingga memudahkan proses administrasi SDM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan baik berdasarkan Black-box Testing, keamanan sistem memenuhi kebutuhan, serta evaluasi System Usability Scale memperoleh skor 76,00 (kategori Good). Sistem layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan keakuratan pengelolaan absensi.
dc.description.abstractAttendance management at PT Asia Tritunggal Jaya faced challenges due to decentralized working-hour policies, manual schedule adjustments during specific periods, and unintegrated attendance data from multiple fingerprint devices across branches. This study developed a web-based multi-branch attendance system featuring Dynamic Work Mode and integration with ZKTeco fingerprint devices. The system was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology, Django framework, PostgreSQL database, and the pyzk library. In addition, the system provides more structured working-hour management to simplify HR administrative processes. Testing results showed that all functional requirements passed Black-box Testing, security testing produced satisfactory results, and the System Usability Scale achieved a score of 76.00 (Good category). The developed system is suitable for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of attendance management.
