Perancangan Program Wisata Edukatif Sebagai Media Pengembangan Karakter Perempuan Pra-Lansia di Kampus IPB Dramaga

Abstract

Perempuan pra-lansia mulai menghadapi berbagai perubahan yang dapat mempengaruhi keseimbangan hidupnya. Pengembangan karakter Perempuan pra-lansia diperlukan untuk mendukung permasalahan tersebut. Kampus IPB Dramaga memiliki potensi lingkungan dan fasilitas yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media wisata edukatif bagi perempuan pra-lansia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang program wisata edukatif pengembangan karakter yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta pra-lansia dan potensi kampus. Metode yang digunakan yaitu mix method dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, serta penyebaran kuesioner campuran kepada 100 responden perempuan pra-lansia menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program wisata edukatif berhasil dirancang berdasarkan permasalahan perempuan pra-lansia dan potensi Kampus IPB Dramaga. Persepsi responden terhadap rancangan program menunjukkan hasil yang positif.

Pre-elderly women begin to face various changes that can affect their life balance. Character development for pre-elderly women is necessary to address these issues. The IPB Dramaga campus has the environmental potential and facilities that can be utilized as a venue for educational tourism for pre-elderly women. This study aims to design an educational tourism program for character development that aligns with the needs of pre-elderly participants and the campus’s potential. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection involved a literature review, field observations, and the distribution of a mixed-format questionnaire to 100 pre-elderly female respondents using purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the educational tourism program was successfully designed based on the issues faced by pre-elderly women and the potential of the IPB Dramaga campus. Respondents’ perceptions of the program design were positive.
