      Karakterisasi Load Cell Menggunakan Data Logger Multi-Channel Berbasis ESP32 untuk Aplikasi Monitoring Sarang Tetragonula laeviceps

      Abstract
      Sebagai salah satu komponen penting dalam keberlanjutan ekosistem tropis di Indonesia, lebah Tetragonula laeviceps juga memiliki potensi ekonomi yang sangat menjanjikan untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengkarakterisasi tiga unit load cell 20 kg sebagai data logger multi-channel berbasis ESP32 dengan arsitektur direct-pin. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengevaluasi kesesuaian karakterisasi load cell melalui empat pengujian metrologi yaitu kalibrasi, presisi, reproducibility, dan drift jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembacaan ketiga sensor di mana channel 1 memiliki pembacaan paling stabil dan konsisten dengan persentase error 0,083%. Channel 3 menunjukkan pembacaan cukup akurat walaupun terjadi penurunan kecil yang konstan, sebaliknya channel 2 menunjukkan pembacaan yang sangat berbeda dengan penurunan yang sangat drastis. Walaupun respon pada channel 2 kurang baik dan terjadi noise pada channel 3, sistem data logger multi-channel dengan arsitektur direct-pin berhasil mengkarakterisasi load cell terhadap kebutuhan aplikasi pemantauan biologis koloni T. laeviceps.
       
      As a key component of the sustainability of tropical ecosystems in Indonesia, the Tetragonula laeviceps bee also holds great economic potential for development. This study aims to design and characterize three 20 kg load cell units as ESP32-based multi-channel data loggers with a direct-pin architecture. Data were collected by evaluating the suitability of the load cell characterization through four metrological tests: calibration, precision, reproducibility, and long-term drift. The results show that among the three sensors, Channel 1 provided the most stable and consistent readings with an error percentage of 0.083%. Channel 3 showed fairly accurate readings despite a constant, slight decline, whereas channel 2 exhibited significantly different readings with a very drastic decline. Although the response on channel 2 was suboptimal and noise was present on channel 3, the multi-channel data logger system with a direct-pin architecture successfully characterized the load cells for the requirements of the biological monitoring application of the T. laeviceps colony.
