dc.description.abstractMakrofauna tanah merupakan salah satu organisme yang berperan penting dalam menjaga kualitas tanah dan dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kondisi ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelimpahan, komposisi, biodiversitas makrofauna tanah, serta hubungannya dengan kualitas tapak pada tegakan Agathis, Pinus, Puspa, dan lahan pascatambang di Kawasan Gunung Walat. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan data dianalisis menggunakan indeks keanekaragaman (H'), kekayaan jenis (DMg), kemerataan (E), uji BNT, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan makrofauna tanah tertinggi terdapat pada tegakan Puspa (11,33 individu m?²) dan terendah pada lahan pascatambang (4,33 individu m?²). Tegakan Puspa juga memiliki nilai biodiversitas tertinggi (H' = 1,67; DMg = 1,70; E = 0,86). Kelimpahan makrofauna tanah berkorelasi positif dengan C-organik, porositas, respirasi tanah, dan serasah, serta berkorelasi negatif dengan bulk density, suhu tanah, dan suhu udara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kualitas tapak yang lebih baik cenderung mendukung kelimpahan dan biodiversitas makrofauna tanah.
dc.description.abstractSoil macrofauna are important organisms that contribute to soil quality and serve as indicators of ecosystem condition. This study aimed to analyze the abundance, composition, biodiversity, and relationship of soil macrofauna with site quality in Agathis, Pine, and Puspa stands, as well as a post-mining area at the Gunung Walat Area, Sukabumi. The study used a purposive sampling method, and the data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H'), Margalef richness index (DMg), Pielou's evenness index (E), the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test, and Pearson correlation. The highest macrofauna abundance was recorded in the Puspa stand (11.33 individuals m?²) and the lowest in the post-mining area (4.33 individuals m?²). Macrofauna abundance was positively correlated with soil organic carbon, porosity, soil respiration, and litter, but negatively correlated with bulk density, soil temperature, and air temperature, indicating that better site quality supports higher macrofauna abundance and biodiversity.
