Solid waste management in Pasir Jaya Village is still dominated by the collect-transport-dispose system, resulting in limited waste utilization. This study aimed to analyze the existing waste management system, project population growth and waste generation over the next 10 years using the Least Square method and recommend a suitable 3R-based waste management alternative. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed through a literature study, waste generation and composition analysis based on SNI 19-3964-1994, and population projection using the Least Square method. The results showed an average waste generation of 0.509 kg/person/day with a density of 290.17 kg/m³. Food waste accounted for the largest proportion (33%). The population is projected to increase from 23,122 people in 2025 to 25,291 people in 2035, resulting in higher waste generation. The recommended alternative is a 3R Waste Processing Facility (TPS 3R) equipped with a compost house, Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae cultivation, and a waste bank to reduce waste generation and improve resource recovery.
