| dc.description.abstract | Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (CKD) merupakan gangguan fungsi ginjal yang memerlukan pengaturan makanan sesuai kebutuhan energi dan zat gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model optimasi biaya pemberian makanan penderita CKD menggunakan metode Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan energi, zat gizi, batas pengulangan makanan, serta biaya makanan. Penelitian menggunakan dua asumsi dan dua skenario selama tiga hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menghasilkan kombinasi makanan dengan biaya minimum dan tetap memenuhi seluruh kendala gizi. Biaya terendah diperoleh pada kondisi penderita CKD dengan komorbid Diabetes Melitus tipe II pada batas pengulangan makanan yang lebih longgar, yaitu Rp132.181. Sebaliknya, biaya tertinggi diperoleh pada kondisi penderita CKD dengan komorbid DM tipe II pada batas pengulangan makanan yang lebih ketat, yaitu Rp182.838. Batas pengulangan makanan, zat gizi, dan minimum berat makanan memengaruhi biaya hasil optimasi serta waktu komputasi model. Metode MILP dapat digunakan untuk menyusun pemberian makanan penderita CKD secara optimal dan efisien dari sisi biaya. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a kidney function disorder that requires dietary management according to energy and nutrient requirements. This study aims to develop a cost optimization model for food provision for CKD patients using the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) method by considering energy requirements, nutrients, food repetition limits, and food costs. This study employed two assumptions and two scenarios over a three-day period. The results show that the model was able to generate food combinations with minimum cost while satisfying all nutritional constraints. The lowest cost was obtained for CKD patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus comorbidity under a less restrictive food repetition limit, amounting to IDR 132,181. In contrast, the highest cost was obtained for CKD patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus comorbidity under a stricter food repetition limit, amounting to IDR 182,838. Food repetition limits, nutritional constraints, and minimum food weight affected the optimized cost and computational time of the model. The MILP method can be used to develop optimal and cost-efficient food provision plans for CKD patients. | |
