      Optimasi Proses Pemesanan pada siMenu Menggunakan WebSocket untuk Komunikasi Data Real-Time

      Abstract
      Sistem pemesanan digital restoran berbasis QR code umumnya menggunakan arsitektur HTTP request-response yang stateless, menyebabkan keterlambatan sinkronisasi antara pelanggan dan dapur. siMenu mengalami keterbatasan ini, dapur baru menerima pesanan setelah halaman diperbarui manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan WebSocket sebagai pengganti mekanisme refresh manual menggunakan Waterfall Model, lalu membandingkan efisiensinya dengan HTTP melalui simulasi multi-client high-load. WebSocket diintegrasikan dalam arsitektur hibrida dengan connection registry, heartbeat, dan fixed interval reconnection; pengujian black-box menunjukkan keberhasilan 100%. Pengujian beban tiga skenario (10, 50, 100 pengguna) menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi WebSocket 90,4% (low) dan 94,3% (medium) dengan kategori Sangat Efisien, serta 62,0% (stress) dengan kategori Efisien. Rata-rata waktu sinkronisasi WebSocket 421,2-3.863,9 ms berbanding HTTP 4.389,5-10.163,3 ms, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% berbanding 53,3% pada HTTP saat stress akibat connection refused. WebSocket terbukti sebagai solusi arsitektur yang lebih efisien untuk sinkronisasi data pesanan real-time pada sistem pemesanan digital restoran.
       
      Digital restaurant ordering systems based on QR code commonly use a stateless HTTP request-response architecture, causing synchronization delays between customers and the kitchen. siMenu faces this limitation, the kitchen only receives orders after manual page refresh. This study aims to implements WebSocket as a replacement for the manual refresh mechanism using the Waterfall Model, then compares its efficiency with HTTP through a multi-client high-load simulation. WebSocket is integrated into a hybrid architecture with connection registry, heartbeat, and fixed interval reconnection; black-box testing shows a 100% success rate. Load testing across three scenarios (10, 50, 100 users) shows WebSocket's efficiency at 90,4% (low) and 94,3% (medium), categorized as Highly Efficient, and 62,0% (stress), categorized as Efficient. WebSocket's average synchronization time is 421.2-3,863.9 ms versus HTTP's 4,389.5-10,163.3 ms, with a 100% success rate versus 53,3% for HTTP under stress due to connection refused errors. WebSocket proves to be a more efficient architecture for real-time order synchronization in digital restaurant ordering systems.
