Pelaporan pendampingan swasembada di BRMP Penerapan masih manual menggunakan Google Sheets, sehingga lambat, rentan kesalahan, dan menyulitkan analisis data jawaban ganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun dashboard berbasis web terintegrasi untuk mempercepat diseminasi data monitoring pimpinan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, dibangun dengan Python dan framework Streamlit, terhubung ke Google Sheets API via gspread, serta menerapkan caching (@st.cache_data TTL 300 detik). Logika preprocessing berhasil mentransformasi 1.754 data mentah dari 37 provinsi dengan akurasi 100%. Pengujian fungsional (Black Box Testing) mencapai keberhasilan 100% pada 26 skenario, pengujian performa stabil hingga 95 pengguna simultan (response time 3–6 ms), dan UAT memperoleh skor 96%. Keterbatasan sistem terletak pada fungsionalitas tailor-made khusus data Google Form/Sheets dengan skema statis. Dashboard ini berhasil mentransformasi alur penyajian data pelaporan dari proses manual menjadi terintegrasi secara dinamis dan informatif. Self-sufficiency reporting at BRMP Penerapan is still manually processed using Google Sheets, making it slow, error-prone, and difficult to analyze multi-select responses. This study aims to build an integrated web-based dashboard to accelerate monitoring data dissemination for leadership. Developed using the Waterfall method, the system utilizes Python and Streamlit, connects to Google Sheets API via gspread, and applies caching (@st.cache_data TTL 300 seconds). The preprocessing logic successfully transformed 1,754 raw data records across 37 provinces with 100% accuracy. Functional testing (Black Box Testing) achieved a 100% success rate across 26 scenarios, performance testing remained stable up to 95 simultaneous users (response time 3–6 ms), and UAT scored 96%. The main limitation is its tailor-made capability, restricted to Google Forms/Sheets with static schemas. Overall, t his dashboard has successfully transformed the reporting data presentation workflow from a manual process into one that is dynamically integrated and informative.
