      Analisis Deskriptif Akurasi HMI WinCC terhadap Tekanan Kompresor

      Abstract
      Ketepatan nilai tekanan kompresor pada layar HMI menjadi landasan penting bagi operator dalam mengambil keputusan di lapangan, sebab data yang tidak sesuai kondisi nyata berpotensi memicu tindakan yang salah pada sistem kompresor. Penelitian ini mengukur sejauh mana tampilan HMI WinCC mencerminkan nilai tekanan aktual yang diolah PLC Siemens S7-1500, sekaligus mengkaji kestabilan tekanan kompresor pada rentang kerja 8,0–8,5 bar. Pengambilan data dilakukan di PT. Astra Otoparts Divisi WINTEQ pada September–Desember 2025, menghasilkan 94 pasangan data yang dievaluasi melalui perhitungan MAE, RMSE, dan bias. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan MAE 0,0460 bar, RMSE 0,0559 bar, bias 0,0132 bar, bar-in-range 74,4%, serta rata-rata durasi pelanggaran batas tekanan 22,5 detik dari 23 kejadian. Secara keseluruhan, nilai tekanan yang ditampilkan HMI WinCC sesuai dengan pembacaan aktual kompresor tanpa penyimpangan sistematis dari PLC ke antarmuka. Temuan ini dapat menjadi pijakan dalam menentukan batas waktu respons alarm dan memperbaiki prosedur pemantauan tekanan kompresor.
       
      The accuracy of pressure values displayed on an HMI screen is a critical foundation for operators making field decisions, as data that does not reflect actual conditions may trigger incorrect actions on the compressor system. This study measured the extent to which the HMI WinCC display reflects actual pressure values processed by the Siemens S7-1500 PLC, while examining compressor pressure stability within the operational range of 8.0–8.5 bar. Data were collected at PT. Astra Otoparts, WINTEQ Division, from September to December 2025, yielding 94 data pairs evaluated through MAE, RMSE, and bias calculations. Results showed a MAE of 0.0460 bar, RMSE of 0.0559 bar, bias of 0,0132 bar, a bar-in-range of 74,4%, and an average boundary violation duration of 22,5 seconds across 24 incidents. Overall, the pressure values displayed by HMI WinCC were consistent with actual compressor readings, with no systematic deviation detected from the PLC to the interface. These findings can serve as a basis for determining alarm response time thresholds and improving compressor pressure monitoring procedures.
