      Abstract
      Kalkulasi penyusutan aset di PT Bagas Bumi Persada berbasis Excel membutuhkan waktu lima hari kerja dan rentan error, sedangkan eksekusi sinkron pada volume data masif memicu server timeout. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan serta menguji modul otomatisasi depresiasi ganda (komersial dan fiskal) menggunakan metode garis lurus (straight-line) berbasis Laravel menggunakan metode Hybrid Waterfall-Agile. Solusi diimplementasikan melalui arsitektur Asynchronous Job Batching, Scheduled Tasks, dan Distributed Lock. Hasil pengujian pada 70.000 data aset menunjukkan sistem berhasil mengeliminasi timeout, menjaga stabilitas memori, dan memangkas waktu komputasi menjadi 1 menit 58 detik di latar belakang. Sistem terbukti andal dan efisien tanpa mendegradasi performa aplikasi utama.
       
      Excel-based asset depreciation calculation at PT Bagas Bumi Persada takes up to five working days and is error-prone, whereas synchronous execution on massive data volumes triggers server timeouts. This research aims to develop and test a Laravel-based automation module for dual depreciation (commercial and fiscal) using the straight-line method, employing a Hybrid Waterfall-Agile methodology. The solution is implemented through Asynchronous Job Batching, Scheduled Tasks, and Distributed Lock architectures. Testing results on 70,000 asset data entries demonstrate that the system successfully eliminates timeouts, maintains memory stability, and reduces computational time to 1 minute and 58 seconds in the background. The system proves to be reliable and efficient without degrading the performance of the main application.
