      Analisis Pola Sumber PM2.5 di Wilayah Jakarta Berbasis Model Backward Trajectory dan Spatio-Temporal Clustering

      Abstract
      Pencemaran udara oleh PM2.5 di Jakarta merupakan permasalahan lingkungan penting karena berdampak terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Tingginya konsentrasi PM2.5 dipengaruhi berbagai faktor, termasuk emisi aktivitas antropogenik, serta transportasi polutan dari wilayah sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola pergerakan massa udara yang berkaitan dengan konsentrasi PM2.5 di Jakarta menggunakan algoritma ST-DBSCAN, serta menganalisis keterkaitan antara cluster trajektori dan tutupan lahan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber polutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data backward trajectory HYSPLIT dan data konsentrasi PM2.5 pada lima stasiun pemantauan kualitas udara di Jakarta pada tahun 2024-2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa parameter yang diperoleh setelah post-merge menggunakan agglomerative clustering, yaitu {Eps}_1 = 0.30 dan {Eps}_2= 90 dan MinPts = 8. Proses tersebut menghasilkan empat cluster dengan nilai Silhouette Index sebesar 0,2996 dan Davies–Bouldin Index sebesar 1,3710. Cluster 1 merupakan cluster dominan dengan jumlah trajektori terbesar dan rata-rata konsentrasi PM2.5 tertinggi. Analisis overlay menggunakan dataset Esri Sentinel 2 menunjukan bahwa trajektori melewati kawasan pertanian, pesisir, dan perkotaan. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa transportasi polutan berkontribusi terhadap konsentrasi PM2.5 di Jakarta, yang diperkuat oleh faktor meteorologi cuaca.
       
      Air pollution caused by PM2.5 in Jakarta is a critical environmental issue due to its impact on public health. High PM2.5 concentrations are influenced by various factors, including anthropogenic emissions and pollutant transport from surrounding regions. This study aims to identify air mass movement patterns associated with PM2.5 concentrations in Jakarta using the ST-DBSCAN algorithm, and to analyze the relationship between trajectory clusters and land cover to identify pollutant sources. This study utilized HYSPLIT backward trajectory data and PM2.5 concentration data from five air quality monitoring stations in Jakarta during 2024-2025. The results showed that the parameters obtained after post-merge using agglomerative clustering were {Eps}_1 = 0.30, {Eps}_2= 90, and MinPts = 8. This process produced four clusters with a Silhouette Index of 0.2996 and a Davies-Bouldin Index of 1.3710. Cluster 1 was the dominant cluster, having the largest number of trajectories and the highest average PM2.5 concentration. Overlay analysis using the Esri Sentinel-2 dataset revealed that the trajectories passed through agricultural, coastal, and urban areas. These findings indicate that pollutant transport contributes to PM2.5 concentrations in Jakarta, which is reinforced by meteorological factors.
