| dc.description.abstract | Pengelolaan persediaan pada rantai pasok hijau menjadi kompleks ketika produk berkualitas tidak sempurna, produk mudah rusak, serta emisi karbon harus dipertimbangkan secara simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasikan kembali model optimasi persediaan rantai pasok hijau tiga-eselon dengan mempertimbangkan produk berkualitas tidak sempurna, produk mudah rusak, dan emisi karbon dalam fungsi total biaya. Variabel keputusan dalam model meliputi frekuensi pengiriman dari distributor kepada pembeli dan panjang siklus persediaan pembeli. Penyelesaian model dilakukan menggunakan pembuktian konveksitas, optimasi numerik, dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa solusi optimal diperoleh pada frekuensi pengiriman dua kali dalam satu siklus persediaan distributor dan panjang siklus persediaan pembeli sebesar 0,074 tahun. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa parameter permintaan dan biaya produksi merupakan parameter yang paling berpengaruh terhadap total biaya rantai pasok. Model ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan kebijakan persediaan yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Inventory management in green supply chains becomes increasingly complex when imperfect quality products, perishable products, and carbon emissions must be taken into account simultaneously. This study aims to reformulate an inventory optimization model for a three-echelon green supply chain by considering imperfect quality items, deteriorating items, and carbon emissions within the total cost function. The decision variables in the model include the shipment frequency from the distributor to the buyer and the buyer's inventory cycle length. The model was analyzed using convexity analysis, numerical optimization, and sensitivity analysis. The implementation results show that the optimal solution is obtained with a shipment frequency of two times within one distributor inventory cycle and a buyer inventory cycle length of 0.074 years. Sensitivity analysis indicates that demand and production cost parameters are the most influential parameters affecting the total supply chain cost. This model can be used as a basis for manager decision making in developing efficient and environmentally sustainable inventory policies. | |
