This study aimed to analyze the effects of isopropylamine glyphosate concentration, methyl metsulfuron concentration, and solution dosage per palm on canopy damage percentage, plant damage score, and mortality time of wild oil palm, as well as to determine the best treatment combination using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The experiment consisted of three isopropylamine glyphosate concentrations (250, 500, and 750 ml l?¹), two methyl metsulfuron concentrations (0.5 and 1.0 g l?¹), and two solution dosages (50 and 100 ml per palm), resulting in 12 treatment combinations applied to three stem diameter classes (24–78 cm, 97–146 cm, and 147–242 cm). The TOPSIS analysis identified G3M2P1 (750 ml l?¹ isopropylamine glyphosate, 1.0 g l?¹ methyl metsulfuron, and 100 ml solution per palm) as the best treatment across all stem diameter classes, indicating its superior effectiveness for controlling wild oil palm through the stem injection method.
