Abstract

Perkembangan media digital mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk menyampaikan informasi publik secara terstruktur, ringkas, dan mudah diakses. Selama tahun 2025, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi mempublikasikan berbagai berita mengenai program, kegiatan, dan capaian melalui website serta media sosial resmi. Kumpulan berita tersebut diolah menjadi kaleidoskop berbasis flipbook digital sebagai media dokumentasi dan publikasi tahunan yang praktis dan interaktif. Proyek ini bertujuan menjelaskan proses penulisan naskah berita dalam produksi kaleidoskop berbasis flipbook digital. Pelaksanaan proyek meliputi tahapan pengumpulan arsip berita, pemilihan berita, perangkuman isi berita, penyusunan kembali naskah, desain, revisi, hingga publikasi. Proyek dilaksanakan di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian (Diskominfosan) Kabupaten Sukabumi pada periode Februari–Mei 2026. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan diskusi. Alat yang digunakan meliputi laptop, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Canva, dan Google Drive, dengan bahan utama berupa arsip berita, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta informasi resmi Pemkab Sukabumi. Hasil proyek berupa Kaleidoskop Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2025 berbasis flipbook digital yang memuat rangkuman program, kegiatan, dan capaian pemerintah daerah. Proses penulisan naskah berita dilakukan dengan tetap mempertahankan unsur 5W+1H sehingga informasi utama tetap tersampaikan secara utuh dalam format yang lebih ringkas dan terstruktur.

The development of digital media encourages government institutions to present public information in a structured, concise, and accessible manner. Throughout 2025, the Sukabumi Regency Government published various news articles regarding programs, activities, and achievements through its official website and social media platforms. These published articles were processed into a digital flipbook-based kaleidoscope as a practical and interactive annual documentation and publication medium. This project aimed to describe the process of news writing in the production of a digital flipbook-based kaleidoscope. The project implementation stages included collecting news archives, selecting news articles, summarizing news content, rewriting manuscripts, designing layouts, revising, and publishing. The project was conducted at the Sukabumi Regency Office of Communication, Informatics, and Encryption (Diskominfosan) from February to May 2026. Data were collected through observation, documentation, literature review, and discussions. The tools used included a laptop, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Canva, and Google Drive, while the primary materials consisted of news archives, activity documentation, and official information from the Sukabumi Regency Government. The project resulted in the 2025 Sukabumi Regency Government Kaleidoscope in a digital flipbook format containing summaries of government programs, activities, and achievements throughout the year. The news writing process maintained the essential 5W+1H elements, ensuring that key information was fully delivered in a concise and structured format.
