      Abstract
      Sawi putih (Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis) adalah salah satu komoditas sayuran yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Masa panen yang singkat dan pasar yang terbuka luas menyebabkan sawi banyak disukai oleh petani untuk dibudidayakan. Penggunaan pupuk organik cair batang pisang dan bakteri fotosintetik atau Photosynthetic Bacteria (PSB) berpotensi menjadi alternatif pemupukan ramah lingkungan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pupuk organik cair batang pisang, bakteri fotosintetik, serta kombinasi keduanya terhadap performa pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pupuk organik cair batang pisang dan PSB memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap performa dan produksi sawi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Utama, Desa Ciherang, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Cianjur, pada Oktober 2025 sampai Januari 2026. enelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dua faktor, yaitu pupuk organik cair batang pisang dan PSB, dengan empat perlakuan: A0B0, A0B1, A1B0, dan A1B1. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak empat kali. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, bobot segar tanaman, dan produksi per petak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pupuk organik cair batang pisang dan PSB memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap performa dan produksi sawi. Perlakuan kombinasi menghasilkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, panjang daun cm, dan bobot segar tertinggi ter tanaman. Dengan demikian, kombinasi pupuk organik cair batang pisang dan PSB efektif meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan serta produksi tanaman sawi.
       
      Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis) is one of the widely cultivated vegetable commodities in Indonesia. The short harvest period and wide open market make cabbage much preferred by farmers to cultivate. The use of liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems and photosynthetic bacteria or Photosynthetic Bacteria (PSB) has the potential to be an environmentally friendly fertilizer alternative to increase the growth and yield of cabbage plants. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems, photosynthetic bacteria, and a combination of both on the growth performance and yield of cabbage plants. The results showed that the combination of liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems and PSB gave the best results on the performance and production of cabbage. The study was conducted at the Utama Farmers Group, Ciherang Village, Pacet District, Cianjur Regency, from October 2025 to January 2026. The study used a two-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), namely liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems and PSB, with four treatments: A0B0, A0B1, A1B0, and A1B1. Each treatment was replicated four times. Observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, plant fresh weight, and production per plot. The results showed that the combination of liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems and PSB provided the best results for mustard green performance and production. The combination treatment resulted in the highest plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length in cm, and fresh weight per plant. Thus, the combination of liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems and PSB effectively increased the growth performance and production of chinese cabbage.
