      Analisis Dampak Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Terhadap Respons Hidrologi Sub DAS Cimanuk Hulu Menggunakan Model SWAT

      Abstract
      Pertambahan jumlah penduduk yang mendorong perubahan penggunaan lahan turut berdampak terhadap respons hidrologi DAS, termasuk Sub-DAS Cimanuk Hulu yang berperan sebagai pemasok utama Waduk Jatigede. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perubahan penggunaan lahan Sub-DAS Cimanuk Hulu pada tahun 2006, 2011, 2016 dan 2021 serta dampaknya terhadap respons hidrologi. Penggunaan lahan diklasifikasikan melalui klasifikasi terbimbing citra Landsat, sedangkan simulasi neraca air dilakukan menggunakan model Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT). Model dikalibrasi dan divalidasi melalui SWAT-CUP SUFI-2 menggunakan data debit observasi tahun 2011 dan 2012. Model menunjukkan kinerja baik pada skala bulanan dengan nilai NSE sebesar 0,68 (kalibrasi) dan 0,71 (validasi). Penggunaan lahan ladang mendominasi dan mengalami peningkatan selama periode 2006–2021 dengan persentase sebesar 36,22% menjadi 39,96%. lahan terbangun secara konsisten mengalami kenaikan dari 4,80% menjadi 10,40%, sedangkan hutan dan sawah mengalami penurunan berturut-turut dari 31,77% menjadi 27,75% dan dari 21,58% menjadi 16,73%. Respons hidrologi di Sub-DAS Cimanuk Hulu akibat dampak perubahan penggunaan lahan ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan surface runoff dan Curve Number secara konsisten sepanjang periode simulasi, penurunan baseflow secara konsisten, serta lateral flow yang relatif stabil, sementara water yield atau hasil air relatif stabil pada kisaran 967,81–973,77 mm/tahun.
       
      Population growth that drives land use change also affects the hydrological response of watersheds, including the Upper Cimanuk Sub-Watershed, which serves as the main water supplier for the Jatigede Reservoir. This study aims to analyze land use change in the Upper Cimanuk Sub-Watershed in 2006, 2011, 2016, and 2021 and its impact on hydrological response. Land use was classified through supervised classification of Landsat imagery, while water balance simulation was carried out using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model. The model was calibrated and validated using SWAT-CUP SUFI-2 based on observed discharge data from 2011 and 2012. The model showed good performance at the monthly scale, with NSE values of 0.68 (calibration) and 0.71 (validation). Dryland farming (ladang) dominated the land use and increased during the 2006–2021 period, from 36.22% to 39.96%. Built-up land consistently increased from 4.80% to 10.40%, while forest and paddy field (sawah) areas decreased from 31.77% to 27.75% and from 21.58% to 16.73%, respectively. The hydrological response in the Upper Cimanuk Sub-Watershed resulting from land use change was reflected in the consistent increase of surface runoff and Curve Number, the consistent decrease of baseflow, and relatively stable lateral flow, while water yield remained relatively stable, ranging from 967.81 to 973.77 mm/year.
