      Abstract
      Pro Sekar Psychological Service menghadapi kendala operasional akibat penggunaan asesmen kesehatan mental konvensional berbasis kertas. Kondisi ini menyebabkan proses pencatatan, pengolahan data, dan perhitungan skor berjalan secara semi-manual sehingga memakan waktu serta rentan terhadap kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan "Mind-Metric", sebuah sistem penapisan kesehatan mental berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan metodologi prototyping dan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dilengkapi fitur konfigurasi parameter klinis berbasis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) serta otomatisasi kalkulasi skor WNSA untuk menyetarakan lima instrumen heterogen secara presisi. Pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) menghasilkan nilai penerimaan sebesar 84,9% dan akurasi validasi klinis mencapai 100%, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional instansi dan siap diimplementasikan sebagai media asesmen digital yang efisien.
       
      Pro Sekar Psychological Service faces operational constraints due to reliance on conventional paper-based mental health assessments. This condition results in a semi-manual, time-consuming scoring and data recording process that is prone to human error. To address this issue, this study developed "Mind-Metric," a web-based mental health screening system constructed using prototyping methodology and the Laravel framework. The system features an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)-based clinical parameter configuration and automated WNSA scoring calculation to precisely standardize five heterogeneous instruments. User Acceptance Test (UAT) results demonstrated an 84.9% user acceptance rate and 100% clinical validation accuracy, indicating that the system successfully satisfies the institution's functional requirements and is ready for implementation as an efficient digital assessment medium.
