      Abstract
ALBERT FERNANDO HUTABARAT.

ALBERT FERNANDO HUTABARAT. Analysis of Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) Program Implementation in Enchancing Oil Palm Harvester Productivity. Supervised by LILI DAHLIANI. This study analyzed the effect of the Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) program on oil palm harvester productivity at Sekayu Estate, PT Laguna Mandiri, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan, using a quantitative descriptive-analytical method with purposive sampling of 47 harvesters. Data were collected through Likert scale 1-5 questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression following validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Work environment (X1), work safety (X2), and occupational health (X3) each had a significant positive partial effect on productivity (Y) (Sig. < 0.05), and were jointly significant (F = 132.177; Sig. 0.000; R² = 0.902), showing 90.20% of productivity variation was explained by these variables. Occupational health had the largest effect (ß3 = 0.1638), followed by work environment (ß1 = 0.1605) and work safety (ß2 = 0.0956), indicating that ESH implementation effectively supports improved harvester productivity.
