Pengembangan Modul Aset Pada Website BOMS Untuk Pencatatan Aset di PT XYZ

Abstract

Pengelolaan data aset di PT XYZ saat ini belum terintegrasi pada website BOMS, sehingga memicu duplikasi data dan pelaporan yang tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul aset terintegrasi beserta fitur pendukungnya menggunakan metode prototyping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ini berhasil dibangun untuk mengelola data aset utama, nilai aset, PBB, sertifikat, sewa, dan dokumen secara terpusat berbasis web. Penambahan fitur audit trail, cluster map persebaran aset, ekspor data Excel, dan notifikasi jatuh tempo surel membuat proses pemantauan aset menjadi lebih sistematis. Hasil pengujian fungsional membuktikan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Secara keseluruhan, modul ini mendukung pencatatan aset perusahaan yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien.

Asset management at PT XYZ is currently not integrated into the BOMS website, leading to data duplication and ineffective reporting. This study aims to develop an integrated asset module and its supporting features using the prototyping method. The results show that the module was successfully built to centrally manage main asset data, values, property taxes, certificates, leases, and documents on a web basis. The addition of audit trail features, asset distribution cluster maps, Excel data export, and email due notifications makes the asset monitoring process more systematic. Functional testing results prove that all features operate as expected. Overall, this module supports a more structured and efficient corporate asset recording.
