| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tata letak warehouse PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) dan merancang layout I-Shaped yang terintegrasi dengan sistem QR Code dan Warehouse Management System (WMS) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengukuran lapangan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Fishbone Diagram, Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), serta pengukuran indikator kinerja warehouse. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layout I-Shaped menurunkan jarak tempuh material handling dari 708,4 m menjadi 453,6 m (36,0%), mengurangi waktu handling dari 506 detik menjadi 453 detik (10,5%), serta meningkatkan space utilization dari 55,7% menjadi 67,2%. Integrasi QR Code dan WMS meningkatkan akurasi stok dari 85% menjadi 97%, mempercepat stock opname dari 5 jam menjadi 1,75 jam, serta meningkatkan kepatuhan FEFO dari 79% menjadi 96%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perbaikan tata letak dan digitalisasi efektif meningkatkan efisiensi operasional warehouse. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to evaluate the warehouse layout at PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) and redesign it using the I-Shaped Layout integrated with a QR Code-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve operational efficiency. A quantitative descriptive case study approach was employed using observation, interviews, and field measurements. Data were analyzed using the Fishbone Diagram, Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), and warehouse performance indicators.The results show that the proposed I-Shaped Layout reduced material handling travel distance from 708.4 m to 453.6 m (36.0%), decreased handling time from 506 seconds to 453 seconds (10.5%), and increased space utilization from 55.7% to 67.2%. The integration of QR Code and WMS improved stock accuracy from 85% to 97%, reduced stock-taking time from 5 hours to 1.75 hours, and increased First Expired First Out (FEFO) compliance from 79% to 96%. These findings indicate that combining warehouse layout optimization with digitalization effectively improves warehouse operational performance. | |
