      Analisis Hubungan Suhu Permukaan terhadap Frekuensi Kejadian Banjir Menggunakan Spatial Durbin Model pada DAS Kali Bekasi

      Abstract
      Banjir merupakan bencana hidrometeorologi yang sering terjadi di Bekasi akibat pesatnya urbanisasi, topografi yang relatif landai, dan curah hujan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan spasial antara suhu permukaan dan frekuensi kejadian banjir di Bekasi selama 2020–2024 menggunakan Spatial Durbin Model (SDM). Suhu permukaan diperoleh dari citra Landsat 8 yang direkonstruksi menggunakan deret Fourier untuk mengatasi tutupan awan, sedangkan frekuensi kejadian banjir diekstraksi dari citra Sentinel-1 SAR menggunakan metode ambang batas Otsu pada polarisasi VV, VH, ?VV, dan ?VH. Nilai indeks Moran yang tinggi pada suhu permukaan (0,991) dan frekuensi kejadian banjir (0,946) mengonfirmasi perlunya pendekatan spasial. SDM terbukti lebih unggul dibandingkan OLS berdasarkan AIC yang lebih rendah dan R² yang lebih tinggi. Koefisien autokorelasi spasial rata-rata (? = 0,78) menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi kejadian banjir di suatu lokasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi wilayah sekitarnya. Dekomposisi pengaruh SDM menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung suhu permukaan bersifat negatif, suhu rendah mengindikasikan kejenuhan permukaan dan peningkatan limpasan. Pengaruh tidak langsungnya bersifat positif, yang berarti suhu permukaan tinggi di wilayah sekitar berasosiasi dengan peningkatan frekuensi kejadian banjir. Kombinasi kedua pengaruh yang berlawanan ini menghasilkan pengaruh total yang sangat kecil, mengindikasikan mekanisme spasial yang terpisah antara skala lokal dan regional.
       
      Floods are a frequent hydrometeorological disaster in Bekasi due to rapid urbanization, relatively flat topography, and high rainfall. This study aims to analyze the spatial relationship between Land Surface Temperature (LST) and flood occurrence frequency in Bekasi during 2020–2024 using the Spatial Durbin Model (SDM). LST was derived from Landsat 8 imagery reconstructed with a Fourier series to address cloud cover. Flood occurrence frequency was extracted from Sentinel-1 SAR imagery using the Otsu threshold method on VV, VH, ?VV, and ?VH polarizations. High Moran's I value for LST (0.991) and flood occurrence frequency (0.946) confirmed the need for a spatial approach, with SDM superior to OLS based on lower AIC and higher R². The average spatial autocorrelation coefficient (? = 0.78) indicates that conditions in the surrounding area strongly influence flood occurrence frequency at a given location. Impact decomposition revealed a negative direct effect of LST, where lower temperatures indicate surface saturation and increased runoff, while the indirect effect was positive, meaning higher LST in neighboring areas is associated with higher flood frequency. These opposing effects resulted in a very small total effect, indicating that LST influences flood occurrence frequency through distinct local and regional spatial mechanisms.
