| dc.description.abstract | Pertumbuhan yang lambat dan sintasan benih ikan rainbow boesemani Melanotaenia boesemani yang rendah masih menjadi kendala dalam kegiatan pendederan sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kualitas pakan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh pengayaan Tubifex sp. dengan minyak ikan terhadap performa pertumbuhan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan, yaitu kontrol serta pengayaan Tubifex sp. dengan minyak ikan pada dosis 5, 7, dan 9 mL L?¹ yang mengacu pada penelitian sebelumnya (Deannisa 2025). Parameter yang diamati meliputi Laju Pertumbuhan Panjang Spesifik (LPPS), Pertumbuhan Panjang Mutlak (PPM), sintasan, sebaran ukuran benih, cacat tubuh, kecerahan warna, dan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis minyak ikan 7 mL L?¹ (M7) menghasilkan laju pertumbuhan panjang spesifik sebesar 0,99±0,05% hari?¹, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 1,73±0,12 cm, sintasan sebesar 97,1±2,90%, persentase benih Grade A sebesar 50,43±2,97% tanpa menimbulkan cacat tubuh pada benih. Pengayaan Tubifex sp. dengan minyak ikan dosis 7 mL L?¹ direkomendasikan sebagai dosis optimum untuk meningkatkan performa produksi benih ikan rainbow boesemani. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The slow growth and low survival of rainbow boesemani Melanotaenia boesemani juveniles remain major constraints during the nursery stage, highlighting the need to improve the nutritional quality of live feed. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of fish oil enrichment of Tubifex sp. on growth performance. A completely randomized design was applied using four treatments consisting of an unenriched control and Tubifex sp. enriched with fish oil at doses of 5, 7, and 9 mL L?¹ based on the protocol developed by Deannisa in 2025. The observed parameters included specific length growth rate, absolute length growth, survival, size distribution, body deformities, color brightness, and water quality. Fish oil enrichment at 7 mL L?¹ produced the best results, yielding a specific length growth rate of 0,99±0,05% day?¹, an absolute length growth of 1,73±0,12 cm, a survival rate of 97,1±2,90%, and 50,43±2,97%. Grade A juveniles without causing body deformities. Therefore, enrichment of Tubifex sp. with 7 mL L?¹ fish oil is recommended as the optimum dose to improve the production performance of rainbow boesemani juveniles. | |
