Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Pengajuan dan Realisasi Uang Muka Operasional Berbasis Excel VBA di PT MCM

Abstract

Uang muka bagi sektor bisnis perusahaan tertentu merupakan dana yang diajukan oleh karyawan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan pencatatan dan lemahnya alat monitoring uang muka operasional PT MCM, menelusuri penyebab keterlambatan realisasi uang muka operasional, dan mengembangkan solusi atas kebutuhan perusahaan berupa sistem berbasis Excel VBA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan applied research dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan masih melakukan pencatatan secara sederhana menggunakan Excel biasa yang menyebabkan keterlambatan realisasi, risiko kesalahan pencatatan, dan lemahnya alat monitoring proses uang muka. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem yang mampu memperkuat alat monitoring secara real-time dan pencatatan yang akurat. Hasil evaluasi lewat pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan alat kendali monitoring uang muka yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses monitoring uang muka operasional perusahaan.

This study is identify recording problems and weaknesses in PT MCM's operational advance monitoring tools, investigate the causes of delays in operational advance realization, and develop a solution to the company’s needs in the form of an Excel VBA based system. This study uses an applied research approach and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the company still maintains simple recording using ordinary Excel, which causes delays in realization, the risk of recording errors, and weaknesses in the advance payment process monitoring tools. To address these problems, a system was developed that is able to strength real-time monitoring tools and accurate recording. The results of the evaluation system testing indicate that the developed system is able to produce the advance payment monitoring control tools needed by the company and is able to improve the efficiency of the company's operational advance payment monitoring process.
