Proses pengelolaan cuti pegawai di PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir fisik sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan persetujuan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kesulitan pemantauan data cuti. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Modul Manajemen Cuti Pegawai pada aplikasi web Kuanta berbasis Next.js. Pengembangan dilakukan pada sisi frontend menggunakan metode prototyping melalui dua iterasi dengan memanfaatkan application programming interface perusahaan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan black box testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional. Pengujian UAT memperoleh persentase 86,4% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan pengujian SUS memperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,83 dengan kategori good, grade scale B, dan acceptable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Modul Manajemen Cuti Pegawai berhasil dikembangkan, diterima pengguna, dan memiliki tingkat usability yang baik. The employee leave management process at PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi is still performed manually using paper-based forms, resulting in approval delays, recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring leave data. This study aims to develop an Employee Leave Management Module for the Next.js-based Kuanta web application. The module was developed on the front-end using the Prototyping method through two development iterations by utilizing the company's Application Programming Interface. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that all system functions operated according to the functional requirements. The UAT evaluation achieved a score of 86.4%, indicating that the system was Highly Feasible, while the SUS evaluation obtained an average score of 76.83, which falls into the Good, Grade B, and Acceptable categories. The results indicate that the Employee Leave Management Module was successfully developed, accepted by users, and demonstrated good usability..
