| dc.description.abstract | PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi sebelumnya melakukan evaluasi karyawan secara manual melalui wawancara langsung, pencatatan dokumen terpisah, dan rekapitulasi manual. Akibatnya, pengelolaan data evaluasi tidak terpusat, membutuhkan waktu lama, dan berisiko tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan menguji sistem survei karyawan berbasis web untuk mendukung evaluasi kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Next.js sebagai bagian dari Website Kuanta dan terintegrasi dengan backend perusahaan melalui RESTful API. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile Scrum. Pengujian menggunakan Blackbox Testing, User Acceptance Testing, dan System Usability Scale menunjukkan sistem memenuhi aspek fungsionalitas, kesesuaian kebutuhan pengguna, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu mendukung evaluasi karyawan secara lebih terstruktur, terpusat, dan terdokumentasi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi previously conducted employee evaluations manually through direct interviews, separate document records, and manual recapitulation. As a result, evaluation data management was not centralized, required considerable time, and was prone to inconsistencies. This study aims to design, implement, and test a web-based employee survey system to support employee satisfaction and performance evaluations. The system was developed using Next.js as part of the Kuanta Website and integrated with the company’s backend through a RESTful API. System development was carried out using the Agile Scrum methodology. Testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and the System Usability Scale, demonstrating that the system met functional requirements, user needs, and usability aspects. The results indicate that the system is capable of supporting employee evaluations in a more structured, centralized, and well-documented manner. | |
