dc.description.abstractPengelolaan ekosistem hutan mangrove menjadi penting berdasarkan kemampuan mangrove dalam menyimpan dan menyerap karbon. Selain itu, pendugaan stok karbon pada berbagai umur serta sekuestrasi karbon tegakan mangrove di Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke juga belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis komposisi mangrove pada berbagai umur tegakan mangrove, mengestimasi stok karbon tegakan mangrove, serta mengestimasi sekuestrasi karbon tegakan mangrove di Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke. Pengukuran tegakan mangrove dilakukan menggunakan secara sensus dengan metode transek garis menggunakan jalur pengukuran selebar 10 m yang dilakukan di setiap blok umur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 7 spesies dari 5 famili pada ekosistem hutan mangrove di Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke. Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke menyimpan rata-rata stok karbon sebesar 25,17 tonC/ha. Kemampuan sekuestrasi karbon oleh ekosistem mangrove Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke adalah sebesar 8,75 tonCO2/ha/tahun. Perkiraan nilai ekonomi karbon di Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke adalah Rp5.380.878/ha/tahun.
dc.description.abstractMangrove ecosystem management is important because mangroves are capable of storing and absorbing carbon. In addition, estimates of carbon stock at different stand ages and carbon sequestration in the mangrove stands at Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke have not yet been conducted. This study aimed to analyze mangrove composition at different stand ages, estimate the carbon stock of mangrove stands, and estimate the carbon sequestration of mangrove stands at Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke. Mangrove stand measurements were carried out using a census method with a line-transect technique, using a 10 m wide measurement plot in each age block. The study identified seven mangrove species representing four families in the Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke mangrove forest ecosystem. Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke stores an average carbon stock of 25,17 tonsC/ha. The carbon sequestration capacity of the mangrove ecosystem at Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke is 8,75 tonsCO2/ha/year. The estimated economic value of carbon at Ecomarine Mangrove Muara Angke is Rp5.380.878/ha/year.
