dc.description.abstractSebagai institusi dengan lahan luas dan area kerja kompleks, Kampus IPB Dramaga memerlukan pengelolaan tenaga kebersihan luar gedung yang baik. Penugasan yang masih dilakukan secara manual rentan menimbulkan ketimpangan beban kerja dan penempatan personel yang tidak sesuai kemampuan. Penelitian ini membangun model penjadwalan penugasan menggunakan integer linear programming untuk memaksimumkan total skor kompetensi penugasan dengan mempertimbangkan kompetensi petugas, rotasi zona dan jenis pekerjaan antar-shift, serta kewajiban penugasan pekerjaan utama pada sesi pagi bagi petugas spesialis. Model diimplementasikan dalam empat skenario menggunakan Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model mampu menghasilkan jadwal yang memenuhi seluruh kendala operasional pada skenario dasar, serta memberikan gambaran sensitivitas terhadap perubahan kendala spesialisasi sesi pagi, ambang batas kompetensi minimum, dan ketersediaan petugas cross-skill. Model ini dapat menjadi dasar penyusunan jadwal petugas kebersihan yang lebih objektif di Kampus IPB Dramaga.
dc.description.abstractAs an institution with extensive grounds and complex work areas, IPB Dramaga Campus requires effective management of its outdoor cleaning staff. Manual assignment practices are prone to workload imbalance and personnel placements that do not match their abilities. This research develops an assignment scheduling model using integer linear programming to maximize the total competency score of assignments by considering staff competency, zone and job type rotation between shifts, and the obligation to assign specialist staff to their main task during the morning session. The model was implemented across four scenarios using Python. The results show that the model is able to generate a schedule that satisfies all operational constraints in the baseline scenario, while also providing insight into the model's sensitivity to changes in the morning specialization constraint, the minimum competency threshold, and the availability of cross-skill staff. This model can serve as a basis for developing a more objective cleaning staff schedule at IPB Dramaga Campus.
